Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Crisis to lead the crisis team at the site and supervise Mental Health Therapists across phases of work. The role provides direct client services and coordinates with the Behavioral Health Program Manager for administrative procedures relating to clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Mental Health Professional; LMHC, LMFT, LICSW preferred.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
• Licensed status preferred: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to mental health therapists, peer specialists, case managers and program staff.
• Review and approve the therapists’ clinical documentation.
• Ensure staff meets weekly service hours and monthly productivity requirements.
• Ensure clinical staff follows WAC/TJC standards and Sea Mar policies.
• Participate in management and staff meetings to coordinate with the team.
• Provide outpatient evaluations and psychotherapy to individuals and families.
