Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Crisis to lead the site crisis team. The role provides direct services, supervision of Mental Health Therapists, and coordination with the Behavioral Health Program Manager.

Swing shift oversight includes 12pm–10pm, Wednesday through Saturday. The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Science or Social Service, and licensure as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW or eligibility, plus at least five years in the field and WA licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Licensed status as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW is preferred.
• Active WA Agency-Affiliated Counselor License or eligible within 60 days.
• BLS CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mental health therapists and program staff at the site.
• Provide individual and group supervision; review clinical documentation.
• Ensure staff meets weekly service hours and productivity targets.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and ensure client information is protected.
• Coordinate with the Behavioral Health Program Manager on administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with WAC, county contracts, and TJC standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral agencies.
