You will provide comprehensive clinical services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support long-term recovery.

This role welcomes licensed clinicians and Maryland-approved trainees, offering opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and commitment to evidence-based treatment

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess one of the Maryland credentials listed.
• MD Board licensure or trainee status is acceptable.
• Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and families.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual counseling, family therapy, groups, and psychoeducation sessions.
• Coordinate care and communicate with referral sources and outpatient providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EHR per policies and standards.
• Support utilization review activities and continued stay authorizations.
• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare development and outcome tracking.
