Pyramid Healthcare is a leading behavioral health provider focused on addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and related modalities. This role provides leadership and support to counselors for all clinical services in alignment with facility standards and the program’s clinical philosophy.

The position involves coordinating care with internal providers, managing a portion of the caseload, and ensuring documentation and licensing compliance while supporting program scheduling and aftercare

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with licensure or pursuing licensure (CAADC/CADC).
• Bachelor-level with CADC progression or related certification with clinical experience.
• High school or equivalent with related credential in healthcare may apply depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group therapy and develops curriculum as needed.
• Maintains a limited caseload as required.
• Coordinates with referral sources and internal treatment providers.
• Oversees client files ensuring documentation and licensing compliance.
