Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona with residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis services. The Counselor provides counseling per individualized plans and educates participants and families as needed.

The role requires a CSWE-accredited master’s degree, AZBBHE licensure at independent or associate level, and at least one year of behavioral health experience. AZ Fingerprint Clearance is required and there are robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Must be licensed at the independent or associate level with the AZBBHE as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meet requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Valid identification required.
• Holds AZ Fingerprint Clearance card

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services based on best practices models.
• Familiarize with each new assigned participant to tailor services to treatment goals.
• Provide educational presentations to participants and/or their families as needed.
