Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks an experienced Outpatient Counselor to support clients in Arizona. The role provides counseling services within a full continuum of care, and works with the treatment team to implement individualized plans.

This Independent Contractor position requires a CSWE-accredited master's, AZBBHE independent/associate licensure, and a commitment to recovery. CBI offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Must be licensed at the independent or associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE).
• Must be in good standing with the AZBBHE and meet requirements to provide clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Valid identification and AZ Fingerprint Clearance card are required.

Responsibilities

• The Counselor collaborates with the treatment team to ensure each participant receives services per their treatment plan.
• Counsellors familiarize themselves with new participants and provide counseling using best-practice models.
• Provide educational presentations to participants and/or their families as needed.
