Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field from an accredited program.
• Licensure eligibility in Indiana as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC required or on hire as licensed eligible.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group, and family counseling.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments and discharge planning guidance.
• Acts as liaison for abuse/neglect cases and protective services.
