Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel residents under supervision, using preventive and behavioral modification techniques.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience.
• Coordinate medication supplies and track inventories and documentation.
• Monitor resident progress and document outcomes in care plans.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance for records and reports.
• Assist in crisis management and coordinate with clinicians as needed.
