Job summary

AZ Center for Change is seeking ambitious, dedicated therapists to join our expanding programs in Phoenix. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and apply evidence-based modalities to support client healing.

The role requires a master’s degree and licensing eligibility, with opportunities for supervision toward independent licensure. We value collaboration with clinical teams, documentation of progress, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental/behavioral health or related field and license eligibility (LAC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW).
• Experience working with trauma clients preferred.
• CPR/First Aid.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized tools.
• Create and implement treatment plans.
• Document using strength-based approaches.
• Learn and apply evidence-based modalities to help clients heal and grow.
• Collaborate with clinical teams for better outcomes.
• Provide individual, group, family and multifamily therapy sessions.
• Produce meaningful reports for external collaborators.
• Maintain flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in mental/behavioral health or related field, and eligibility for licensing through the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiner. (Supervision toward independent license is available for our therapy positions.) LAC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW.
• Applicable candidates must have some formal specialized experience working with trauma clients.
• A Level One Fingerprint clearance card is required.
• CPR/ 1st Aid

Schedule is Monday-Friday with at least two evenings until 7pm.
