Job summary

AZ Center for Change seeks compassionate therapists to join our expanding programs. We offer opportunities to conduct thorough assessments, develop strength-based treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, family, and multifamily therapy.

You will collaborate with clinical teams and prepare meaningful reports for external collaborators while maintaining a flexible schedule. Required qualifications include a master's in mental/behavioral health or related field and licensing eligibility with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental/behavioral health or related field and licensing eligibility.
• Supervision toward independent license available.
• LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized tools.
• Create treatment plans that motivate change and healing.
• Complete documentation using strength-based approaches.
• Learn and implement evidence-based modalities to help clients heal and grow.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to improve client outcomes.
• Provide individual, group, family, and multifamily therapy sessions.
• Create meaningful reports for external collaborators.
• Flex schedule to meet client and family needs.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in mental/behavioral health or related field, and eligibility for licensing through the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiner. (Supervision toward independent license is available for our therapy positions.) LAC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW.
• Applicable candidates must have some formal specialized experience working with trauma clients.
• A Level One Fingerprint clearance card is required.
• CPR/ 1st Aid

Schedule is Monday-Friday with at least two evenings until 7pm.
