You will refer patients to UHMWI specialty behavioral health providers and help integrate behavioral health into primary care.

Competenze

• Licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Psy.D. or Ph.D. with current Texas license.
• Previous work in medical setting or team-based care preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable.
