Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Social Worker in Onalaska, WI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or in a related field.
• WI Social Worker license must be active prior to start date.
• 1 year of experience with direct patient contact. Interviewing/supportive counseling experience. Crisis Intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming referrals, schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, provide or assist with crisis intervention, meet with patients, facilitate/co-facilitate groups, and assist with programming needs.
