Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas is seeking a Community Liaison to bridge our clinics, healthcare professionals, and prospective talent. You will drive campus recruitment, physician liaison activities, brand ambassadorship, and event coordination to strengthen our autism and ABA community.

The role requires strong communication, networking, and multitasking skills; travel within the region; collaboration with marketing and clinical teams; and a passion for outreach and social responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, recruitment, or community engagement roles preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact between the institution and healthcare professionals, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Cultivate partnerships with physicians and medical professionals to enhance the institution's reputation and referral network.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions to attract top-tier talent.
• Organize campus visits, career fairs, and information sessions to engage with students and promote opportunities within the institution.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to identify immediate business needs.
• Promote the institution's brand and values through various channels including networking events, community outreach initiatives, and capturing of social media content.
• Plan and execute events ranging from informational seminars and workshops to community outreach programs and networking events.
• Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure events are executed seamlessly to maximize impact and attendance.
• Foster relationships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders to support the institution's presence and involvement in the community.
