Job summary

Hampton Behavioral Health Center in New Jersey seeks a Community Liaison to serve the Central Jersey region, cultivating new and existing referral sources to direct prospective clients to the hospital programs.

The role requires building and maintaining referral networks with physicians, discharge planners, and insurers, while conducting market research and coordinating outreach across counties. Extensive travel within Central & Northern Jersey is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in clinically-related field, marketing or humanities, or RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in clinical area.
• Familiarity with Central Jersey healthcare environment.
• Military background preferred.
• Direct sales in marketing psychiatric services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine marketing materials, website content, collateral, analyses and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners and insurances.
• Conduct market research to track patient demographics and adjust marketing activities.
• Travel regularly to Central & Northern Jersey to foster relationships and outreach.
• Coordinate with insurance for authorizations of recommended treatment and provide crisis support when needed.
