Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding and ambulation.
• Documents vital signs and patient data in EMR accurately.
• Rounds with RN and communicates observations to the team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and room setup.
