Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a Mental Health Provider in Salt Lake City to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families aged 12+. The role includes leading groups, webinars, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in a mental health field and active licensure; if in licensure progress, licensure must be achieved within 2 years. Strong documentation and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

At least a Master's level degree in a mental health field with licensure.
Licensed mental health clinician across recognized specialties (LPC/LPCC/LISW/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/PsyD/PhD).
If in the process of independent licensure, must obtain licensure within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12+.
Lead support groups and psychoeducation sessions as appropriate.
Develop and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops on mental health topics.
Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
Complete documentation timely in EMR and coordinate referrals for complex care.
