Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, with potential to lead educational groups and webinars. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for patients.

Requires at least a Master’s level licensure in a mental health field and active BLS certification. Experience in EMR documentation and in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensure in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Licensed clinicians must obtain independent licensure within 2 years of hire if in process
• BLS certification required or to be obtained upon hire
• Experience in counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness
• Preferred: 2+ years as independently licensed behavioral health clinician
• Preferred: experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD
• Preferred: experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident management, and case management

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families (ages 12+)
• Lead support or psychoeducation groups as appropriate
• Develop and deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops on mental health topics
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care
• Complete documentation in EMR in a timely manner
• Coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced assessments
