Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a licensed mental health clinician to deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, and families 12 years and older. You will lead groups, develop psychoeducational content, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include thorough documentation in the EMR, utilization of Microsoft Office, and referral coordination to address social needs and higher level psychiatric assessments as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensure in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field; must be licensed or within 2 years of independent licensure.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families 12+; leader of groups or psychoeducation sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical team for integrated care; timely EMR documentation; coordinate referrals when needed.
