Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older. The role includes leading groups, creating psychoeducational webinars, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The position requires a Master’s degree and licensed status (or eligible for licensure within 2 years), with BLS certification often preferred. Experience in counseling and behavioral health is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Licensed mental health clinician (LPC/LPC, LPCC, LISW/LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) or eligible for licensure within 2 years.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or eligible to obtain upon hire.
• Experience providing counseling and mental health services (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment).
• Preferred 2+ years of independent practice as a behavioral health clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12+.
• Lead support or psychoeducation groups as appropriate.
• Develop and deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
