Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based therapy and coordinate care for individuals, couples, and families. This role emphasizes outcomes, documentation, and collaboration within a clinical team across onsite health centers and virtual care.

The successful candidate holds a Master’s degree and a current license (or within 2 years of licensure), with strong skills in group facilitation, psychoeducation, and crisis assessment.

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensed mental health clinician requirement.
• Must be licensed within 2 years of hire if in licensure process.
• BLS certification or eligible to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in counseling and mental health services (evaluation, diagnosis, treatment).
• Preferred 2+ years as independently licensed clinician.
• Preferred experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12+.
• Lead support groups and psychoeducation sessions.
• Develop psychoeducational webinars and workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated care.
