Job summary

Merrimack Health in Lawrence, MA seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to join a multidisciplinary team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts are available; on-site is preferred with possible remote or hybrid options.

You will perform crisis evaluations and intake assessments, coordinate care plans with the client’s team, and document encounters in Meditech/MBHP systems while upholding HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker credentials (LICSW/LMHC) or working under supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform crisis evaluations for new patients presenting with behavioral health needs.
• Conduct intake assessments to determine level of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with client’s care team to ensure integrated care.
• Document encounters in Meditech and MBHP systems.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
