Job summary

North Shore Community Health, a multi-site community health organization, is seeking Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide integrated primary care/behavioral health services at Salem, Peabody, and Gloucester locations. The role involves rotating on-site and remote work with travel between sites as needed.

Under supervision, clinicians must hold a masters or doctoral level license and work within a team to deliver evidence-based behavioral health care, with strong emphasis on patient-centered

Qualifications

• Experience in community health care.
• \u00a0
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients.
• Provide consultation to primary care staff regarding behavioral health needs.
• Coordinate with primary care providers on patient medical and behavioral health care plans and goals.
• Deliver treatment for individuals and families across all ages using modalities including brief treatment and crisis intervention.
• Provide case management and coordinate referrals with community partners; access community resources.
