Harbor Care in Nashua, NH seeks an integrated care behavioral health clinician (part-time, licensed) to provide individual and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges within an interdisciplinary team.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, supervision, and ongoing professional development while ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• NH licensure as LICSW/LCMHC/Licensed Psychologist is required or anticipated.
• Experience with diagnosing mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
• Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and clinical evaluations.
• Support clients in crisis with appropriate intervention.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation complying with regulations.
• Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
