Rosecrance Moline, IL is hiring a behavioral health professional to deliver individual, family and group counseling within an ethical, evidence-based framework. This onsite, full-time role supports clients to reduce crises and improve community functioning, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30am–5:00pm.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work; MHP eligibility; CADC or licensed LSW/LPC; strong communication and computer skills; experience documenting in

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Must qualify as an MHP per Illinois Rule 132.
• CADC or licensed LSW/LPC in Illinois within 2 years of employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions.
• Complete psychosocial and individualized treatment plans within required time frames.
• Identify client needs and coordinate case management and education.
• Maintain documentation in client service records per regulations and policies.
• Deliver workshops and trainings to clients, families, and staff.
