• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Associate degree plus one year of full-time behavioral health experience or high school diploma with three years of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and ensure clinical soundness of assessments and treatment.
• Assess clients using strengths-based and risk assessments; monitor progress toward goals.
• Develop safety/crisis plans and provide crisis intervention.
• Engage clients and families to build trust and maintain engagement in services.
• Contribute to BHSP development and monitoring; coordinate with care teams.
