Mohave Mental Health Clinic, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Technician/Managing Clinician to provide clinical expertise and oversight for client care, coordinating with the team to ensure sound assessments and service delivery.

You will assess clients, develop safety plans, and engage families to sustain engagement in behavioral health services, while maintaining records and contributing to BHSP development in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or related behavioral health field (Required).
• Associate’s degree in behavioral health field with 1 year full-time experience (Required).
• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years behavioral health experience (Required).
• Valid AZ driver’s license and proof of insurance (Required).
• Arizona fingerprint clearance (Required).
• At least 21 years of age (Required).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (Required).
• Preferred: experience with diverse client populations and community resources (Desirable).

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical expertise and oversight of client care and coordinate with the care team.
• Assess clients using strengths-based and risk assessments; monitor progress.
• Assist in safety planning and crisis intervention for emergencies.
• Engage with client and family to build trust and sustain engagement in services.
• Contribute to development and monitoring of Behavioral Health Service Plans (BHSP).
• Link families to services and advocate for education and community resources.
• Maintain client records per agency and regulatory standards.
• Complete required documentation for service delivery and discharge.
