Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is expanding its Collaborative Care Program in Oregon and seeks a Behavioral Health Integration Clinician – Associate Level to join a team partnering with PCPs and psychiatric consultants for short-term, evidence-based care in a hybrid setting.

You will screen for mental health and substance use disorders, provide brief interventions, support medication adherence, educate patients, and document in the EHR under supervision with licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Licenses: CSWA, PCA, LMFTA, or QMHP as applicable in Oregon.
• Experience with EMRs and telehealth workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide short-term, evidence-based interventions.
• Support medication adherence and monitor side effects.
• Educate patients and provide self-management support.
• Track clinical response and adjust care plan accordingly.
• Refer to specialty care when needed.
• Participate in weekly psychiatric case consultation.
• Document in the EHR per workflow.
