• Perform case review and clinical oversight within license scope.
• Monitor indicators impacting financial outcomes and performance.
• Maintain workflow and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate on clinical and programmatic initiatives with leadership.
• Direct and supervise staff ensuring training and regular supervision.
• Ensure quality clinical documentation per requirements.
• Ensure compliance with audits, peer reviews, and CQI initiatives.
• Generate outcome data and use it for improvement.
• Oversee reports per contract and regulatory standards.
• Respond to incidents per protocols and mitigate crises.
