Job summary

ACE Wellness Center in Ohio seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead a clinical team across Cuyahoga County and surrounding areas under the Clinical Director. The role supervises licensed therapists, therapist‑interns, and Qualified Mental Health Professionals, ensuring service quality and compliant documentation.

The supervisor oversees caseload management, productivity, and timely access to care, while guiding staff on discharge planning and performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Ohio with LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT credential and active license.
• Minimum two years of supervision experience required.
• Knowledge of clinical administration in behavioral health care.
• Strong clinical skills for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Familiarity with foster/adoptive children and ODJFS system.
• Clear communication, accountability and positive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for assigned staff with weekly or bi-weekly cadence.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and provider policies and procedures.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and timely access to care.
• Review and approve clinical documentation for staff daily.
• Lead clinical team meetings and drive quality improvement.
• Oversee treatment plans and provider performance against goals.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director on disciplinary actions as needed.
• Onboard new staff and participate in Relias training.

Education

Licensed LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT in Ohio

Active Ohio Medicaid Number

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

General knowledge of clinical administration

Strong clinical skills in treating children/adults

Ability to support agency culture and growth

Effective communication and organizational skills
