Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee licensed therapists, social workers, and clinical staff. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development to improve client outcomes.

The position reports to the Regional Director of Operations and involves on-site supervision, collaboration with leadership, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and licensure standards, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Active independent clinical license in good standing.
• Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance.
• Must pass BCI check, corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day oversight to licensed professionals and behavioral health staff.
• Ensure adherence to treatment models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, licensure, accreditation).
• Conduct regular chart reviews, case consultations, and clinical audits for quality and ethics.
• Coach, mentor, and give performance feedback to clinical staff for growth.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators.
