Job summary

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) in Columbus, OH seeks a Treatment Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff, patient care, and regulatory compliance across facilities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, coordinate admissions, maintain high-quality, trauma-informed care, and ensure safety and quality in accordance with CARF, HIPAA, and state regulations. Some travel between Lighthouse locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of healthcare or supervisory experience, with SUD treatment/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance.
• Must pass BCI check, corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, admissions, scheduling, and facility management.
• Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and billing for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and courts as needed.
• Manage center budgets, track KPIs, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., CARF, HIPAA, OSHA).
• Provide patient-centered leadership and respond to client concerns.
