Job summary

YKHC in Bethel, Alaska is seeking a Behavioral Health professional to provide direct integrated clinical services at the Bautista House. The position will supervise and train staff, and coordinate client care in accordance with policies and procedures.

You will facilitate a safe, healthy, structured environment, engage clients and families in a therapeutic alliance, and function as an active member of the multidisciplinary Behavioral Health treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree requirement in Social Work, Psychology or Nursing with specialty in Mental Health.
• Two- (2) years supervised experience providing various behavioral health direct clinical care services.
• Experience in a cross-cultural setting preferable with Native American cultures.
• Licensed or licensable by the State of Alaska in their respective profession.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct integrated clinical services to the residents of YKHC's Behavioral Health Bautista House.
