Community Health Alliance seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead outpatient services, focusing on clinical documentation, oversight, and staff development. The role combines supervision, compliance monitoring, and operational support within a collaborative leadership team.

The ideal candidate brings an active Ohio license (LISW/LPCC/IMFT) and 3+ years in clinical leadership, with strong knowledge of utilization management, medical necessity, and payer documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio licensure as LISW/LPCC/IMFT with supervisory designation preferred.
• Minimum of three years in clinical leadership or supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development to clinical staff.
• Monitor clinical documentation, treatment planning, productivity, and service quality to ensure regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support authorization requests by ensuring documentation shows medical necessity and appropriate level of care.
• Track authorizations, denials, and expiration dates to support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with staff, leadership, Quality, and Revenue Cycle for targeted coaching on payer requirements.
• Support staff through case consultation, training, and evidence-based practice implementation.
• Foster collaboration among therapists, case managers, medical providers, schools, and families for coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement, chart reviews, and program development to strengthen clinical services.
