Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to supervise clinical staff and manage program quality across Arizona.

This role ensures assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on the team, supporting recovery and integrated care services. The position emphasizes clinical oversight, staff training, and mentoring, with a focus on maintaining productivity and ensuring high-quality care in behavioral health programs for individuals with SMI and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioural health or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • 1 year experience with the SMI population across multiple settings and levels of care.
  • 1 year experience in a behavioural health position with outreach and engagement activities.
  • Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 39 month clear MVR.
  • Behavioural Health Technician (BHT).
  • CPR/First Aid.
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on assigned team.
  • Ensure clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
  • Develop and implement assessments and treatment plans for each patient on the team.

Job Summary

A Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) Clinical Coordinator provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialist on an assigned team. Skills/Requirements

  • 1 year experience in a behavioural health position providing outreach and engagement activities.
