Qualifications

• Must hold a California license as LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist (or equivalent).
• Requires at least two years post-licensure supervision experience.
• Experience supervising clinicians and providing psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and administrative team.
• Develop and monitor clinical workflows aligned with CCCCs and grant deliverables.
• Hire, onboard, and train new clinical staff; supervise staff performance.
