Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing, business administration or related field required.
• Four years of relevant experience required.
• RN preferred.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in outpatient healthcare.
• Behavioral health or integrated care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with operational improvement, budgeting and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, staffing and resources.
• Foster a culture of excellent patient service, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop clinic staff with performance management and engagement.
• Collaborate with providers and behavioral health leadership to improve access and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational, financial and quality goals.
• Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and accreditation standards.
• Support budget development and accountability for clinic performance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance access and efficiency.
• Address patient concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with system partners to support seamless care.
