Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager in Cadiz, OH for a full-time role. You will provide therapeutic behavioral services, help plan individualized supports, and coordinate care with licensed clinicians to support clients across age groups.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, offering crisis prevention services, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Related field experience or degree in mental/behavioral health is required.

• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Education

High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field

$18-$21 based on education and experience plus monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations
