Why MBHC?
Help make sure great treatment doesn't end at our doors.
Midwest Behavioral Health Center is a growing organization dedicated to helping adolescents and families find hope, healing, and lasting success. We believe successful treatment requires more than what happens during a patient's time in our care—it requires strong communication, thoughtful planning, and meaningful connections to the people and resources that will support them afterward.
As a Case Manager, you'll play a critical role in connecting every part of that journey. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team while building relationships with families, schools, providers, agencies, and community partners to help patients move successfully from one stage of care to the next.
If you're someone who loves solving problems, connecting people with resources, advocating for others, and making complicated systems a little easier to navigate, we'd love to have you on our team.
