Job summary

Highland Behavioral Health in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support residents on their journey toward recovery and independence. You will coordinate care plans and connect residents with medical, behavioral health, and community resources.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field or at least two years of mental health experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, or at least 2 years of mental health experience.
• Sumer camp counselors and anything related to childcare
• 1 or more years work experience in entry level position
• Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, and Community Care Licensing regulations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license (if driving is required).
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB screening, and health clearance.
