Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Care Plan Reviewer for OhioRISE in a remote/Ohio-based role. You will use clinical judgment to support behavioral health care planning and coordinate with care coordinators to optimize resources and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio behavioral health license (LMFT/LSW/LPC) with 2+ years in related fields and will travel up to 10% as needed. A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or family therapy is required.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Behavioral Health clinical license in Ohio (LMFT, LSW, LPC).
• 2+ years of experience in children's mental health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a human services or behavioral health care field.
• Experience with family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling/therapy, child protection, or child development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation for members with complex needs across child-serving systems.
• Assess Member’s Child and Family-Centered Care Plans and Crisis/Safety Plans.
• Apply clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and address complex indicators in care planning.
• Analyze utilization and data to identify comprehensive member needs.
