Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional in Ohio (LPCC/LISW/LMFT/psychologist).
• 5+ years in behavioral health service delivery or administration.
• Experience with care management, utilization management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle state escalations on member issues and Just Cause cases.
• Coordinate OhioRISE CME responses and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and report on the inventory of state escalations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely member transitions.
