Job summary

Clinica Family Health & Wellness seeks a dedicated professional to join our mental health team in Lafayette, CO. You will perform traditional case management and supportive counseling, helping clients achieve health and wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• One year experience in behavioral health for non-related Bachelor's degrees.
• Experience with outpatient clients and settings.
• Familiarity with MI, DBT, CBT modalities.
• Collaborative, client-centered orientation.
• Caseload management responsibilities.
• Community outreach experience and ability to transport clients to care.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional case management services and supportive counseling.
• Facilitate treatment groups for clients.

Skills

Experience in outpatient setting

MI (Motivational Interviewing)

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

Collaborative and client-centered

Caseload management

Transport clients to care

Medicare/Medicaid familiarity

Education
