Job summary

Clinica in Lafayette, CO seeks a full-time, on-site case management assistant in mental health. If you have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field, you will help deliver outpatient services and support treatment goals.

You will report to the Program Manager and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Experience with MI, DBT, CBT, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid are valued; some client transportation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field.
• Experience working with clients in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with clinical modalities: Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), other CBTs.
• Collaborative and client-centered orientation.
• Manage a caseload of clients with diverse needs.
• Community outreach experience and occasional client transportation.
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid.
