VOA Michigan in Wayne County, MI is hiring a Clinical Supports Coordinator Assistant to connect individuals to behavioral health services, housing, transportation, and other supports while gaining hands-on experience.

You will work with experienced clinicians and care coordinators to support referrals, scheduling, documentation in electronic health record systems, and person-centered planning. Bachelor's degree required; internship/volunteer healthcare or social services experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress
• Experience in internship/volunteer healthcare or social services is a plus
• No prior Supports Coordination experience required
