Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• State licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Addiction Counselor, or CAC III.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations of the Inpatient Behavioral Health Care Coordination and Community Co-Response Department.
• Lead staff relations, scheduling, recruitment, and payroll; oversee budgets and contracts.
• Monitor quality, safety, and effectiveness of behavioral health services; coordinate care with patients and partners.
• Provide operational and clinical leadership across hospital-based and community-based services.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment in fast-paced crisis environments.
