Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A valid California driver’s license is required.
• At least three (3) years in one of the following fields is preferred: general maintenance, carpentry/building, plumbing/electrical, or appliance maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building, utilities, and grounds; follow a written preventive maintenance program and document results.
