Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing/electrical, or appliance maintenance.
• Ability to communicate, understand and carry out directions (written and verbal) and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist with maintenance/repair and modification of building, utilities, and grounds.
• Follow written planned maintenance program on mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in permanent files.
