You will perform carpentry and wood finishing tasks and follow a planned maintenance program, ensuring documentation is up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years' experience in operation and maintenance of the physical plant in healthcare setting or major industrial complex.
• Proficient in at least two building trades, with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance/repair and modification of equipment, HVAC units, buildings’ utility systems, and grounds.
• Follow a written planned maintenance program and document it in permanent files.
• Provide facility support to campuses as assigned.
