Job summary

Kingwood Pines Hospital seeks a Business Development Representative to execute the hospital's business development plan and exceed admission targets by cultivating productive, long-term referral relationships within the defined geographic territory.

You will focus on new lead generation, quality referral source development, and maintaining current accounts while delivering high levels of customer service and documenting contacts weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2+ years in healthcare business development/marketing with measurable results.
• Experience with computer software and presentations preferred.
• CPR and HWC Crisis Intervention training must be completed prior to starting (can be obtained on hire).

Responsibilities

• Travel daily within a defined geographic area to meet primary referral sources (hospitals, crisis centers, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals).
• Develop new leads and maintain relationships with current accounts to exceed admission targets.
• Deliver high level customer service internally and externally and document contacts weekly.
