Job summary

Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a Business Development Coordinator/Representative to build demand for services and manage assigned territory in the Denver market. You will work with the Director of Business Development to present Cedar Springs in the community and drive referral relationships.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to travel, and adaptability to new programs and software. Competitive benefits are included and local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
• Experience in marketing/sales within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Cedar Springs Hospital, the community, and referring agencies to create demand for services.
• Implement facility’s strategic sales plan and manage designated territory and accounts.
• Present a positive, professional image of the facility and collaborate with the Director of Business Development.
